I just got a call from the same number, and the woman said dud you miss a call and how can I help you. When I told her, you called me cause that would be the only way I could have your number, she said I didn't call you, you called me.
They will call you from different numbers, always with 813-49** usually..this time it was 813-4906. They will call and harass you, and only let it ring a few times and never leave a message..pretty sure its debt collector. If you call back they will answer right away and say did you miss a call from this number..I mean thats the first thing they say! Don't answer!
