Finance systems, debt collections from Richmond, IN.  Tracked down and called me at work.  VERY annoyed that they did that.

Have no idea why this place would call me, if it is a collector, as I don't owe anyone a penny.  SInce this is a cellphone and heaven only knows who had the number before me, I assume they're trying to reach someone else. Haven't answered and don't plan to answer.
