Who called from 7690859645

KEEP HANGING UP WHEN ASK WHO CALLS, UNABLE TO RETURN THE MAN PHONE DOESN'T WORK

Hangs up when you ask what this is about. When you try calling back there is a message saying "the call cannot be completed at this time"

Assuming this is another attempt at telemarketing...could not confirm because he hung up when I told him my wife was not home. What a sad and lonely job this guy must have....every person he calls does not not like him.
