Craigslist scammer. Poor english, wanted to buy construction materials with paypal as the form of payment.  Not heard of again after I asked for cash on the barrelhead.

Also a text about a Craigs List sale, but English (even for texting) was off.

Confirming the Craigslist scammer.  Poor english and wanted to buy a $1600 item off of me via PayPal and shipping method.  When I started asking questions s/he stopped communications.  I only received text messages.
