Called my cell phone did not leave message

I called back and they want to send me 3 $100. rebates but I have to give my debt card # so they have it on file.  You have to bap varying amounts between $3. And $5. to activate each rebate.  I disqualified when I refused to give the info on my credit card until I had the info in my hand.

I answered the call and no one was on the other end of the line....

Very Smart:    If you don't recognize the number DON'T ANSWER. Once again we find the same "phishing" ploy of asking for card numbers and pay a fee. That should tell you right away it is a "scam" call.

Received call today, at 3:54 pm.  Again, one ring, no message.
