New robocall that promises to lower your interest rates.  Fake news scare tactics:  new rules that favor credit card companies, higher minimum payments, etc.  Interesting qualifications reminiscent of Cred Card Services:  minimum balance $2,500 and at least one account in good standing.  Note that if you have that, you can transfer the credit balance yourself with a phone call or a couple of clicks.  NEVER "press 1" or reply meaningfully to a voice query to one of these bots.
