That "District Investigations" site was made with Yola, one of those free DIY website makers.  The links on the right all go to pvteyes.com, the site of North American Investigations, a different firm entirely.

Well, there site is up and running.  As Fu2 noted, it is very shabby.  I found "interesting" was the fact they are using a free email address for "contact" function [email protected]:

The link says "complaints' but when you get there they are talking about this page being for the "accused"  

i don,t care what any of you guys think i'm still doing my job.. and people are  still writing bad checks!!its not my problem!!! stop taking info\advise from losers and look up your check laws i have them all here in front on me so you can all think what ever!!! I'm not a bill collector and you can not solicited funds off a bad check if some one is taking you to court over it!! so you all should kill your self's...and who gives and damn what typos i make!!i am a licensed investigator (shill lol..i love it!!) it's so lame  and dumb sounding!!l Let me tell you something i have already been paid to do a service so you guys  need to learn more about check systems that would help you guys out a lot!!cause  when a check is returned and not honored the legal holders (not merchant) of the checks sends it through a collections process  and after that it is no longer consider a debt..but my advise to all you losers is to stop stealing and contact you a lawyer and look up your check laws in your state  and keep in mind i am not contacting you in reference to a debt please remember that it is a bad check!! ps.. please do not think our company does not have lawyers backing us....hope all of you have a wonderful and blessed day happy holidays :)

Look here, you low life shill.  If we wanted your opinion, we would have asked for you.  You are still governed under the FDCPA, and it looks like sites such as this are raising awareness to your scamming ways.  Have a nice holiday shill!

Bottom line is attorney's do collection matters as well.  You can hide behind the name "mediator" but you are trying to mediate a settlement of  debt that you bought.  One of our BK clients is being harassed and I left a voice mail for a company with a different name and then googled the phone number and here we are.  Thank you for posting the information now I can send a letter prohibiting contact.  Collections is the low life of law and they are trying different methods to violate the Fair Debt Collection Act.
