Who called from 7702130010

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone - which is on the do not call list for all that matters - didn't answer - didn't know the number.

Did not recognize the number, did not answer, did not leave message, called my cell.

Called trying to get my personal info and claiming they could lower my interest rate. Hard to lower 0%.

It seems these scammers go in waves.  They get closed down and begin again.  Didn't recognize the number, didn't pick up.  Voice mail came on, no message

"we're calling about your credit card accounts"

Blah blah blah.  Another illegal robodialer spammer.
