Called my home number this morning,left no message

Said they were calling about my interest in health insurance and that its required by law. and they would hook me up with an insurance agent.....No Thanks

I work from home occasionally.  I receive NO LESS than 2 - 3 calls from this phone # (770-213-0792) every freakin' day.  Please help me understand the purpose of the GA NO CALL LIST if companies like this can call over and over and over again!!!
