Received a call at my place of business yesterday, left a message that their may have been fraudulent use of credit cards, threating legal action (summons at work), Gave a case number and telephone number, but that is all. When I tried to call them back, got a "that number is not in service".
Got call at work in regard to a old payday loan yesterday. Verified all my information and would not take any payment. Said I was already severed my summons. I did not get any summons until this morning.
Called twice saying that there is a judgement against my social security number and I have 24 hours to call them back or they will serve papers to me at my home and my place of employment
If you get a call from this number ignore it. It is a scam. Both my mother and I got cals from this place on our phones on seperate occaissions. I just deleted it. She was frantic until I told her it was a scam. I called the Attorney General who said it was definitely a scam. I am also reporting then to the FTC today. These type of people make me sick and I hope they rot in prison.
