Just got a call from this number on my personal cell phone. Before the guy got started on his spiel, I asked if it was a solicitation call. He didn't answer but started in with his message. I said "Stop." He kept right on. I said, "Stop" several more times, trying to speak over him - he continued right on not missing a beat, until I screamed it at him. I wanted to make sure he knew he was calling a personal cell number, using up my minutes and to never call it again.....but after I TOTALLY SCREAMED "STOP" he immediately hung up on me. So if you want to get rid of them quick....yell "STOP" at the top your lungs to start with!
