Who keeps calling from atlanta area 7703084175? This is only one of several numbers who call and no one is there and no one leaves message is it scammer?
Still going on. Caller ID stated "unknown name" and I answered it in the middle of the 2nd ring. No one on the other side and there was immediately a click as it disconnected. Sounds like a robocaller harvesting phone numbers that are active.
Just got a call on my office phone. I answered and no one was there. I know there is an annoying scam where caller ID companies call numbers automatically and the phone companies have to pay them $0.04 every time caller ID is used. May be that or number harvesting like some one else said. I hate these annoying calls!
