Who called from 7703250137

Daily calls and just hangs up, when I try to call back they are either closed or it never connects me to an operator

Received call @ 11:21 am on 10/13/11 via my answering maching;  next received call @ 6:47 pm, again 10/13/11,  however  dead air............

My issue is that there is no reason to report this to anyone in Congress, for it would be too difficult a task for any of them to figure out... in fact they are probably behind all these  robo calls; their not paying for it, the taxpayer are,  so they don't care if they talk to you or not.

My second guess is the Koch Brothers,   Charles and Daniel.  

Willing to bet most people don't even know who the controlling Koch Brothers are!!!

Get daily calls from 770-325-0137

I keep getting calls from the number 770 325-0137.  No one is on the line and whenh I do not answer - there is no message.

Cox Communications trying to sell home phone service.  I guess so they can have another phone line to spam me on with offers I don't want.
