Harassment...several calls a week and when I said to stop calling...stated that they will be calling back in 2 to 6 days. Clear disregard of my polite 'no thank yous'.
Merchant Lynx Services Calls every single day, have reported them to The Better Business Bureau. The BBB looked into the complaint and sent me a response they received from Merchant Lynx Services when presenting the complaint. Their response to my complaint (that they call every day and a representitive of theirs told me off, and I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, even calling back the # on caller ID and leaving a message)was, " they were sorry and will notify the call center to stop calling." Since then I have received 3 calls (that I know of) and there has never been a person on their end of the call, just silence.
My company has received 6 calls in the last 48 hrs...3 automated and 3 live people. I just received my first one this morning and when I told the guy that his company has called us multiple times -even after we declined teh service- he said, "you're hallucinating" and a ...very brief argument ensued. I hung up on him and immediately Googled the company for similar complaints. I am too busy at work to deal with this. I will certainly have someone send a letter to the NY address posted by KR (thanks)...if this continues. How ridiculous. I know times are rough, but who would take such a job? I know they must hate themselves.
Same as above, they call no one is there. They actually do it to all three of my lines at the same time. After about 30 minutes of tracking down the correct Corp. Office phone number for this company, they seem a bit shaddy. 770-345-2200 Option 7 got me to the operator who took down my numbers and passed it on to be removed.
Time will tell but I have there number now...
I get calls from 770-351-8955 and they just hang up when they get the machine.I will file a compmlaint at the do not call list and call my lawyer. I already have 7 lawsuits against collection companies for harrassing me and I dont even owe money. I have won one case already for a nice sum. Guess if this company keeps voilating the law, Ill file a case against them too.
they call and call and call. They are told it is the wrong number but yet they continue to call. So they have been reported to the FCC. I hope they enjoy the fine. The numbers used to make the calls are 770-351-8955 and 770-351-8954.
