Yes...I was just checking my bank statement and the name that goes with this number was Health Port, and I couldn't figure out who they were until I saw the patient record post. I DID have to get a ton of my mother in law's health records, and the amount was correct on the statement for what I paid with my Visa. Phew...couldn't figure it out at first.
Can't give you an exact company name, but they deal with patient records....like if you go to a hospital, and get a copy of your medical records. If you pay by debit/credit card, the charge comes up as
