Just got a call from them asking about coverage for a car that I do not own. When I said that I didn't have that car anymore and how did they get my number -- she said alright - calm down and hung. Very rude. These people should not have access to anyone's information!

Called and left no message. When called back, a recording told me to wait for the next available agent.
