Okay the same people just called me On April 10 2014 , and said that I need to pay a loan that i got in 2008 but, it was really worried!, how they wanted me to go in get a money green dot card from Wal-Mart ,very suspicious...( Mrs Green) she really sound like one....and people like that,; they are going to go to hell for that!.... The company name (Superior Assist Association).... fake [***]!!!!
Most of these people are located in India and Pakistan. They are especially harmful to ordinary businesses since businesses can't easily change their phone numbers, so must rely on blocking devices. But the scammers simply spoof more numbers so when they call in the blocker doesn't immediately stop them.
But at present this is the best thing to do. Use the blocker.

Its a scam ..they can't tell you ur gonna get arrested and any collection debt owed needs to have a statement sent to you before pay .they scam ppl and also of you ever had a payday loan and didnt pay and it had been more than 7 years theirs a statue of limitation ...these ppl call me to its a SCAM!!!!
Same old story. Someone tells you about some bad debt and they will file papers. This is a scam people!!
It come in as a local number. "Investigator Green" was dumb enough to give me all of this info because they thought I was sending them something. I am...a lawsuit!!!
First of all, if someone is going to serve you papers, it would be law enforcement, not an individual. They didn't even know where I lived. All they want is for you to get scared and pay them something.
Secondly, tell them that you want the papers served so you have credible evidence for your court case. You can also tell them that your call is being recorded...that makes them immediately hang up.
Please DO NOT give them ANY information. The more info they have, the more they can harass you and your family. They will do anything to get you to pay them something. If you know how to play the game, they get upset and will stop calling you.
Well, Inspector Green has now called me twice. I am not calling her back. It is about some past loans which were included with my bankruptcy. It is against the law for them to contact me. When I have tried to explain this to them they get rude and irrate. I used to call them back, now I do not. I am thinking of getting my cell phone number changed. So sick of these calls. So to save me the stress of calling them back and making my blood pressure rise, I just delete the message.
