"MICHELLE" CALLED HERE AND ASKED FOR THE OWNER BY NAME. i ASKED WHO SHE WAS AND WHAT COMPANY. SHE TOLD ME CPS. I ASKED HER WHAT THAT STOOD FOR AND SHE SAID THAT WAS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY. SHE THEN GOT RUDE TELLING ME TO LET HER TALK TO THE OWNER, THAT SHE KNEW HIM. I TOLD HER HANG ON AND WENT TO GET HIM AND SHE HUNG UP. SHE REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO TALK TO HIM. HE WOULD HAVE CURSED HER OUT, BUT SHE DID ASK FOR HIM.
I DID CALL THE LOCAL NUMBER AND WAS SENT TO NEIL'S VOICE MAIL. L/M WE'LL SEE IF HE CALLS.
Just got a call from these twits... When the rude little twit asked for the PRESIDENT of the company; by his last name only... not Mr. just the last name, and I said why she said ummmm I need _________________. And I said maam how may I help you, and she hung up!
Needless to say, you WONT get business that way dumba$$.
I spoke with Mr. Nell today myself... I told him that if she EVER called my office back again and hung up I would show up there!!! I mean come on I have done sales and hanging up on people is not the way. I can tell you that young girl who keeps calling weekly wont be there for long... HAHA!
All Nell will say is " I am so sorry I will deal with this immediatley." and you know he wont!
Just got a call from these guys, they're really freaking annoying and won't take NOT INTERESTED for an answer. I really think they're just keeping the information updated and selling the info to other telemarketers.
