This is a "Magic Jack" phone number so that tells you immediately that it's a scammer trying to get money from you. "Derek Adams" comes up on the Caller ID as well as a family member's name (possibly). Don't go by the name that comes up, go by the phone number. If your family member's name comes up with a different number, don't answer. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not give out any information. Tell him you are recording this conversation and see how fast they hang up!
identified as a tree service. Implied that they have an appointment with me at 2PM tomorrow. Sounded like a recording with pauses to resemble a live call.
