This appears to be a scam with threats and scare tactics to try to get money on a payday loan. This Alexis Patterson originally told me they were going to file charges against me but I could settle this with a $400.00 payment. I informed her that her information was not valid and I was not aware of any loan that I owed. I told her she would have to forward me the "charges" via email so I could send to my attorney to be handled and that I would file a complaint because she also gave all this information to my mother, which is a violation of the FDCPA. Report these calls!!
Got a call from this number saying that there was a pending lawsuit against me for some type of financial transaction fraud.
Press 1 to resolve this matter. If I had committed some type of Financial transaction fraud I dont think they would resolve it over the phone.
They said they were from some law firm but that part was cut off.
