Strange call and i looked this up and found this page which is helpful. Strange voice-sounded old, although I was not sure if it was a "fake" voice, said, "Hi Mrs. ____" then repeated it again. The line had some static. Then they hung up or were cut off.
called and asked for my husband in a british accent. when i told them he wasn't here, they hung up quickly. weird enough that i looked them up online and found this...
They're still using the number and ploy. "Is Mr. ______ there?" "He's not available right now, may I take a..." CLICK! "... message?" When I try to dial back, the system claims that the line is busy.
