SCAM! I kept receiving calls, after repeatedly asking them to remove me from their call list. Always someone posing as "Agent" so and so, investigating a fraud claim against me, noting that I or my attorney of record needed to contact them immediately. I finally called them back, refusing to identify myself or provide any kind of personal information, but asking for the business name and mailing address for official correspondence. 6 people, back to back, hung up on me (2 being extremely belligerent and calling me names). I finally reached one who was dumb enough to provide a PO Box, thinking I was sending a payment. When I thanked him for the information that I would now use to report them to a true fraud investigation unit, "Chris" launched into a tirade of name calling and insults. Obviously, any legitimate business would provide their legal name and address without hesitancy. This is nothing more than a scam, threatening people with legal action in hopes that they will pay money without question, much like the IRS phone scam. As of today, they are no longer answering their phone as a business.
