Poor quality phone call claiming to be with Comcast. The caller, a female voice, seemed to know my name and about my service. She stated that she was offering a contract renewal. After talking about available plans, she started asking questions that made me feel uneasy. Things like: Questions that would elicit a "Yes" response, my complete name, and my address. The last two would be on my billing record. I refused to provide the last ones and told her to mail me the offer, then hung up. I just have a bad felling about this one.
