Yet another "Rachel from Cardholder Services" spoofed number.  Caller ID displayed "Seaton & Ast Ca" and a Google search on the number is for a local cemetery.  It just shows how low down and despicable these credit card scammers are, as who in their right mind would spoof the phone number of a cemetery?
