Who called from 7704809926

Called my cell phone which has Do Not Call in force.  Did not answer.

Called my cell.  Left no message.  I don't know anyone in Georgia.

Said were from Democratic Party. I was tired and didn't notice caller ID was UNKNOWN. GOT SO INVOLVED IN CONVO I ENDED UP GIVING MY DEBIT CARD INFO AND DONATING MONEY. AM IDIOT

Going to call bank ASAP in am to look out for donation or change my debit card

Received a call on my mobile phone from 770-480-9926 on 8/8/2016 at 6:08pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Georgia". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on comments posted elsewhere appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Card Services" scam. The frequency of calls I have received from numbers associated with this type of scam has been increasing recently, particularly on my mobile phone.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
