I received a call from this number at 1:44 PM on 8/15/17. The caller ID was "COBB COUNTY". The message that was left on the answering machine started toward the end of a prerecorded message, "...avoid the area." Thinking it might be an official county call since I live in Cobb, I called the number back. I got the phone company message, "The number you have reached is no longer in service" or something to that effect.
Also received call from this number, picked up because it displayed as Cobb county- was recording about avoiding a particular area. Not sure what they wanted.
