I received a phone call from this exact number today from "Cynthia Andres". She claimed there was a warrant out for my arrest for check fraud. She stated I had written a check on a closed account to a check cashing location. The funny part is, I've never worked or done business with any check cashing agencies before. When I asked for specific information, she was unable and unwilling to provide me with anything. When I searched her phone number, 770-538-1390, the name Sharika Smith from Gainsville, Ga was associated to the the number. So, I'm going to go ahead and assume that Cynthia's real name is Sharika, and there is no real legal claims against me.
