Recorded to sound like a live person wanting to verify information about "your account" for a free cruise. This is a total SCAM!!!!! Do NOT answer anything - hang up and report this caller.
Scammer. I waited a couple seconds before saying hello and then they hung up on me. Called the number (after blocking my number) and heard a recording saying the survey had ended. That's the typical recording used by the credit card and free cruise scammers.
