aSKED ME TO CALL A 1-800 NUMBER ABOUT AN IMPORTANT PERSONAL MATTER.

continous calls with no message. tried to call it back and got either a busy signal or it kept ringing until it hung up on its own.

Someone called and left a message to call 1-866-608-0400 to discuss an important matter. I called the number on the caller ID and no one answered and there is no answering machine.

Someone called and left a message to call 1-866-470-6331 to discuss an important matter. And this message keeps coming back time and again.
Can we sue these idiots?

This is a collecion agency. Unfortunately they call using the telephone book. If you have a common name, which my case, they are going to continue to call. They told me to call 1-800-440-6613 ext 3672. I told them they have the wrong person. The middle initial does not match my name and I bet they will call back next week. They have been calling me for about three months now.
