Reporting to the do not call registry will not work as they will have a ligimate claim of trying to collect a debit. I was going to have them, but then when the guy came out install, he would not because of ice on roof, so I told then I did not want it anymore and to refund my money.
I have gotten calls from this company atleast 4 times per day. When they get my VM all that is said is THANK YOU and it hangs up. What a joke, they do this just so they can report to Direct TV that they atleast made a call. I cancelled my service with Direct TV over a yr. ago and I supposedly owe them less than 20 dollars . I mean really????
