This number along with "FINA FOUNDATION" showed up on my caller ID at work.  I let it go to my voicemail, but it apparently hung up and immediately called again within seconds.  This happened 3 times in succession.  No message was left.  Other people posting on the FINA Foundation state it is an online mortgage company.  Perhaps since I refinanced 6 months ago and used my work phone number it now is in some refinance-prospect database.  Uggh!
