Accusing me of check fraud and will not tell me the amount of check written. Also they just ask "how are you going to pay?". Who is National Consultant?.
i keep receiving calls from this number. I AM NOT THE PERSON YOURE LOOKING FOR!... I keep telling them to put me on a do not call list or something. they keep asking for this person that i am not affiliated with, or related to. how can i get them to stop calling me.
please people, your scare tactics aren't working, and to impersonate law enforcement is illegal... isn't it??
Okay...I come home from work and I have a voice message from an "Investigator Diggs" (female voice), telling me that I need to call back immediately as this is a very serious case of possible fraud against me, and they leave a file number to refer to. THIS IS A SCAM!! I will not even acknowledge this call and I have not received any additional calls from them since. If it was so urgent, they would have called again and again. I wouldn't worry about it, if any one is freaking out about this. Don't even respond to the call. I'm going to put a block on this phone number as well as another number that just recently started calling me. Watch out for 845-678-1276. That is another SCAM!! They use the same scare tactics and rattle off random file numbers, etc...
