One of the several robocaller scammers. This one is a search engine optimization scam. They use a fake or cheap VoIP number, scam as many people as they can, then use a new number in a few days. The phone companies need a way to validate a caller-id before a call can be completed; that will shut these scams down.
This number calls and no one says anything once you say "hello". But when you call back you get a message of "please press any number to be removed". I just hung up, my luck "that any number" would be one to charge something to me!! Just block this one on your phone.
I just received a call from this number. I couldn't get to it to answer it in time before the answering machine picked up. They didn't leave any message. Sounds like I didn't miss anything by not answering it.

I am getting 3-4 of these similar Google scam calls a day. Very frustrating. I block each one and they just use another #
