According to FTC and GBI investigators, the scammer is using www.pinger.com to generate phone numbers and routing calls and voicemail through the app. They are coordinating with service providers in California to isolate the IP and trace the MAC address of the antenna (either WIFI or Cell) on his device. If the device changes, the app still tracks the changes to the IP and MAC address.

You are obstructing justice. He is coming to your house right now to arrest you. You need to verify your name now so he can give you some personal information. He will say your name, address, and phone number. -- DO NOT GIVE IN TO FEAR and RELEASE ANY INFORMATION. THIS IS A SCAM !! CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
