LADY DID NOT SAY HER NAME BUT SAID " THIS IS TRI STATE LEGAL FINANCE TRYING TO COLLECT WE HAVE SOME SEROIUS ALLEGATIONS GOOD LUCK" THAT'SALL SHE SAID. NO CALL BACK NUMBER, DIDNT SAY MY NAME, OR HER NAME, NO FILE NUMBER, NO CASE NUMBER. I LOOKED UP THE NUMBER AND FOUND THAT 770-731-2909 BELONGED TO TRI STATELEGAL FINANCE IN ATLANTA GA. I DONT KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE.
Received a call from them on 8/9/2013 male when I called wanted me to verify my personal information when I refused and advised hanging up said as I was hanging up to go and get me. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had scammers try this....they are also using another # 770-892-1987 this time a female left message today 8/13/2013. I returned the call got voicemail stating TRI STATE LEGAL FINANCE. No information is available that I can find for this company. So for now I'm just going to ignore until I see proof that there is anything filed against me.
I received a recorded message this morning with a female stating serious legal matter filed with their office. Some other stuff and ended with good luck. I have not called back and will not. Really wish people would get a life.
