Called me. I kept saying hello and could hear someone on phone but then they just hung up. Called back and immediately a lady answered phone and before I could say anything she immediately said her name was Tiana Caldwell and advised that the call would be recorded. I didn't say anything, just hung up. Not sure where the call was from.
I keep getting calls from this number, but no one ever leaves a message. I tried to call it back, it rang once and then it was silent, then it went to a busy signal.

Called at 12:45pm. Diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and got a sincere sounding message that told me to hold for next available, but since my ID was blocked the next recorded message was that no one was available in the office. At 4PM!
Googling "Convergent collection agency" revealed 3 or 4 legitimate-sounding links, but all were sponsored by, you guessed it, "Convergent." The rest of the Google finds related to the fact that it's a scam to get the unsuspecting and fearful person to give up important credit-related information.
Again, since 800notes makes no provision for this or other dishonest and scam calls, I'm leaving the "Call Type" unchanged.
