I received a call at 9:04 this morning and did not answer. No message was left. USAA is out of Texas, not Georgia. I have had USAA insurance and credit card for years and this is not how they do business. It is proably a robo dialer trying to find out if it is a good number. Thank goodness for the block the number feature on my iPhone....that list is growing and growing since the Do Not Call List apparently does not work.
