Who called from 7707996261

It is a scam they just called me and I haven't opened any kind of an account in several years. They want your credit card number to use  for financial gain. But as PT Barnum said and they know there is one born every minute.

they call my cell phone, let it ring once or twice then hang up, or wait until I answer and hang up, grrrr

They called me at 9:46 p.m. Central Time.  Rang twice, I did not answer.  They disconnected.  I will block them.

Called and hung up before I could answer.  I'm glad 800notes.com exists.  I have a business and need to answer phone numbers that look like land lines - so I am always happy when I can find out something here about a call I missed.  This one I can mark "do not answer" and be done with it.
