You can block unwanted calls free. There should be something under your phone settings to block calls by entering the number. On my phone it's under initial seeings, call block. On some phones it shows as call reject. So glad I figured it out. Keeps these recurring calls fro happening.
These people call me twice per day, every day. I have left 3 messages, asking them not to call me, and that I'm not interested. They still call. I answered the call on Wednesday, 1/14/15, and they hung up! I work all night and sleep all day, and they wake me up when calling. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP CALLING, SINCE THEY IGNORE MY THREE REQUESTS!
Received a call from 1-770-814-6799. CID was V11419470500149. I gave it the old one ring pickup and immediate hang up. The previous call had CID of Lilburn Ga. Very clever on these scammers to just change that.

Called first time 1/23, when answered went to telemarketer who asked for HOH. Said no, asked what it's in reference to, got a smart mouth answer so I hung up.
