Who called from 7708146804

Same experiencie as everyone else:
Calls, leaves no voice mail. Calls again and has been calling for a few weeks (months?) now.

Calls me at least once a day and never leaves a voice mail.  I have answered the call and no would was there.

I received two calls from this number today. First time I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. The second time I answered and they asked for what sounded like "Melissa" and hung up.

Every day they call me from this number. No answer. My number is in the DNC list, but I guess they don't care.

Have received several missed calls from this number.  Finally answered and they hung up.  Answered again today at 11:13, and had to say 'Hello' twice... when I heard noise in the background I said, "WHO IS THIS!"  Lady had already started her script then said, "Oooh" as if I rudely interrupted her and she hung up on me.
Called back and it was a different woman's voicemail.  I am going to block.
