I'm getting repeated calls every day from the rabid dogs at Milend, Inc. also. Apparently Quicken Quacken Loans sells numbers from online inquiries they get to every mad dog, unprofessional, rogue mortgage refi company in the U.S. The Better Business Bureau offers that Milend, Inc. has been in business for 22 years. Is this 22 years of totally infuriating people with incessant telephone calls and not leaving messages? How stupid and arrogant can they be? Maybe the worst. A pox on them.
This is a number used by Milend, Inc., supposedly a mortgage broker. I made one online inquiry weeks ago about a mortgage refi, and since then Quacken Loans has sold my number to every rabid dog mortgage broker in the world. They robo-call from before 0800 to after 2100. They are so stupid that they fail to realize that the incessant, harassing calling just alienates people, who are then determined to never do business with these animals.
I also get Milend, Inc. on my caller Id. They are incessant callers, multiple times daily, mad dogs possessed of the devil. Their number has been in my call blocker for two months. What kind of animals are these people that are so unprofessional that they keep calling and calling and calling, making an extremely bad impression on potential customers, but never leave a message? I will never do business with them, nor with Quicken Quacken Loans, who seems to have sold my phone number to every rabid dog mortgage/Refi company in the U.S.?

We are getting incessant calls from these same dogs. We checked Milend out online, and, as you might expect, the BBB highly rated them. These days, if BBB gives a business a 4 or 5* rating, that is meaningless. We have complained about major national companies to BBB, with significant evidence of fraud and overcharging, only to have the complaints rejected by BBB. Why? BBB charges fees to companies for membership and to promote them, and if BBB took the side of the consumer then these companies would stop paying them the fees, and form their own national business ratings bureau that would state every company is 5*, ethical, reliable, etc. It is an inherent conflict of interest between BBB and the companies, and the customer be d....d.
