They called my sister & scared her saying they were looking for me bc I had a theft by deception charge, I had just got out of my radiation treatment when my sister called me, I called investigator Scott he demanded I go buy a prepaid card & pay $200.00 to stay out of jail he asked for my bank information but I told him I don't give that out. I begged him to stop calling me he continued to call but I looked up the number it gave me his house address & told how many bedrooms it had & etc get a JOB AND LEAVE VERY SICK PEOPLE ALONE U SCAMMER
This place is definitely a fraud. They called about a check fraud that supposedly my husband owed but she was very willing to give me all the information so that I could pay it. She was also begging for the money. I was taken by something like this 4 years ago so I didn't fall for it. I trust nobody and if it's a debt that I am unaware...I always think twice.
These idiots continue to Leanne messages on an ex family members answering machine saying they are investigating me for fraud!I laugh in their faces, they are in multiple violations of the FDCPA! THE CHICK HUNG UP ON ME, THEN CALLED BACK AND SAID SHE WANTED TO MAKE SURE SHE HAD A GOOD NUMBER FOR ME.these people are jokes! If anyone actually pays them they are stupid! Don't let their false scare tactics intimidate you! I'm gonna have some fun with these idiots!
This guy identified himself on a voicemail as an "inspector" giving a "courtesy call" before filing something with the county clerk (no identification of what county) and said I or my designated legal representative had to call prior to 3 pm eastern time. Of course the message was for someone with my first name but a different last name which isn't the same as anyone I know or am related to. I am baffled how these people get these numbers--I am on every "do not call" list there is. This is my CELL phone, which is on an account in my husband's name (also different from mine). This is twice in six months I've gotten these kinds of calls where they leave semi-threatening messages. Making me angry fast.
