Who called from 7708248591

Called our home phone July 4th evening! Caller ID said  "Unknown Name" so, did not answer. Called back, no voicemail, no answer.

Someone from this number called me on July 4th -- weird.  Didn't call them back because I don't recognize the number and I am on the do not call list.

I didn't recognize caller, so I didn't answer and let it go to voicemail.  Caller didn't leave any message.  Caller ID: Breman,GA.   This is the 3rd call today from unknown sources.

Caller left no vm then went to reorder signal. I'm in Lilburn GA.

Man called asking for David. I told him he had the wrong number, then he said "maybe you can help me. My name is Bill O'Donnell and I'm calling from Veteran's Services. How are you?" My response was "No thank you, bye bye," followed by a disconnect.
Caller ID showed Bremen GA
