It's just like everyone else has posted, it's Dish Network calling just block the number and you won't have to be annoyed at work or home by this number again.
Just had my turn - called and hung up, no message. Ummmm - we are already a DISH customer, so if that indeed is who it was they have some serious rectal-cranial inversion issues going on. El blockarino for this one too.
