Fill out the form for the FCC at this link: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints. If they get enough complaints, they will investigate. In addition, they provide the instructions on how to file suit.
Rcvd call on cell today. Did not answer, no messgae left. When called back it is disconnected. Problem is, this is an Atlanta area #, and I live here, so I woulD have answered had I heard it! I am on DNC list, so they are ignoring that as well as spoofing the #. NoW marked as spam, so it will not ring thru to me again anyway!
