They just called and claimed to be Reliance Energy...fuh No..we are with Alabama Power. Then she wanted to know our address and the last four of the social and that was a BIG NO No. Scammed can call you several to times to get enough info to call your bank and empty your account or charge up your credit cards.
I've had multiple calls from this number over the last few days, sometimes very late in the evenings. No idea who. I answer and they hang up. So I called back and got someone with a thick foreign accent saying that the call was being monitored for quality assurance. I just put my phone up to a speaker with Lionel Richie's "Easy" playing and kept calling back over and over. Take that annoying scammers!
