i started getting calls from these people. when you answer it just hangs up, ans if you call back you end up "waiting for the next representitive". i live in new hope georgia, which is in east paulding county.
I got this call too. first I got a hang up call from an "unknown". they hung up. then i got a call from said number. they hung up. when I called back, i got the "waiting for rep" thing too. but then It says press 1 for a chance to win blah blah blah. as soon as the message goes through one cycle, it hangs up. its designed solely for the purpose of getting people to press one. there is no rep.
