My mother n law keeps getting calls from this number and when she answers they hang up on her. Its getting very old and it also wastes her cell phone minutes.

He said I was entered into a Sweepstakes, I told him I was not interested. I also have been getting calls from 866-963-4936 for the past two days hanging up.
