The chances of the FBI going after thIS or any other debt collectors are less than nil. They won't even do anything about the overseas payday loan debt collection extortionists who have been scamming people in this country for years. Why expect them to do anything now?
If they are ever to be brought to justice, it is going to have to be done in the courts. A class action lawsuit has been certified against them for FDCPA violations:
rec'd call out of the blue thought was Aunt in GA... called and belongs to Law offices of Frank J Hannah or something. I don't owe any debts.. at least to where a law firm would be calling! They only called that one time and never left a message, no calls from them since.
Okay, i use to get called from Frank Hannah Associates but a different number now it's this new number out of GA and they said they are going to seek legal action....they're crazy!
At about 8:45 PM i was watching tv when i got a call from this # so i answer and the lady asked for a juan somebody and i said i didnt know who that was and so the lady said so this is a wrong number right and i said yea and the lady said well sweetheart dont keep dragging and then she hung up on me
