I just got a call. the message said only "please contact 877-715-132 regarding my account." left no info as to who they were calling. Left no info as to who was calling me. they also left out a digit in the phone number.
They called me about an unpaid check - I don't write checks and my bills are paid - they refuse to provide me with anything in writing so that I can research the issue. This is not in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Act. - probably scammers.
They claim to be Phoenix Processing The "general manager" Mr. Raymond who argued with me, said they were Phoenix Equity Partners LLC, which is a lie. He as combative on the phone. He said I called him from a different number than my own and that they removed that different number. Said they were looking for Leticia Gonzalez. Scam.
